1. Event Deposits (£137.50) are non-refundable.
Once a booking is confirmed, the £137.50 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Full Payments & Refunds:
- Cancellations with more than 30 days’ notice: Clients will receive a 50% refund of the total booking fee (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
- Cancellations within 30 days of the event: No refund will be issued.
3. Rescheduling:
- Clients may opt to reschedule their booking instead of cancelling, subject to availability.
- The new date must be chosen at the time of rescheduling.
- If a client later decides to cancel the rescheduled booking, the same cancellation terms apply based on the original event date.
4. How to Cancel or Reschedule:
- Clients must request cancellations or reschedules via email or phone as soon as possible.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of confirmation.
